What is upcycling?
Upcycling is the process of converting waste materials or useless products into new materials or products of better quality or for better environmental value. We love it a lot.
Where do your products come from?
Helveticus is made in Switzerland, while our other current come from Germany. The production of all brands we currently represent is based in Europe. Key is that the manufacturing process is sustainable and ethical.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.
How secure is this store?
All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.
Can I stock your products if I have a shop?
Yes. If you would like a wholesale account, please contact us and include your business details in your message.
What is your exchange / return policy?
We want everyone to be happy, the designers, the manufacturers – but most importantly you who have bought a product from us. We accept returns within 14 days from purchase. Returns must include a copy of our delivery packing slip. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product.
Shipping
How long will delivery of my order take?
We usually ship within 2 working days – and then it’s up to the mailman (they say between one and five days). If you need it quicker please get in touch and we’ll arrange express delivery (at cost).
How much does shipping cost?
Within Australia, standard shipping is free. If you need the goods quicker (you thought of someone’s birthday last minute…) we will calculate express postage – simply contact us after you have purchased the item to arrange for this.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, and what the shipment will cost, please contact us.
